Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/React Developer with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in front-end development, including extensive experience with React and other modern UI technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading design and development of user interface for complex applications, mentoring junior developers and driving innovation.

Experience: 9-14 Years
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality user interface using React and other modern UI technologies. 
• Implement new features from concept to delivery, working closely with team members and cross-functional partners(Product, Design, Backend) to design and develop high-quality solutions that take into consideration scalability, availability, and performance. You will also actively participate in design and code reviews for the team. 
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability. 
• Mentor junior developers in the team, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement. 
• Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and techniques, evaluating their applicability to our goals and objectives. 
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the technology stack and architecture. 

Requirements 

• 9+ years of total experience and 7+ years in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and other modern UI frameworks/libraries. 
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms. 
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. 
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Zustand, Redux) and hooks. 
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright. 
• Experience working with various micro frontend library like Single-Spa. 
• Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring team members. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Candidates should have exposure to networking concepts and experience working with or for companies in the networking sector. This includes understanding network configurations, protocols, and security best practices. Familiarity with networking tools and technologies that integrate with UI layers will be considered a strong asset.
