Job Description

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) are the team behind your Experian Free Credit Score, Experian Boost, and the advanced Credit Expert product. ECS Technology are part of an agile business unit within Experian that has been through a complete technical and organisational transformation. You will be part of a cross-functional delivery team that includes Product Owners, Designers and Engineering specialists amongst others.

We are looking for passionate customer-oriented QA Test Analysts that will help us keep ECS a great place to work. We hope you might be one of them!

Qualifications

We are looking for a QA Test Analyst to be embedded into one of our delivery teams championing quality at all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will work closely alongside the other engineers and the product team to implement effective test solutions that ensure our apps do what they should to serve our customers in the best way.

Quality assurance begins before a single line of code is written – you will look to plug requirements gaps during the refinement process and consider ‘what if’ scenarios using a risk-based approach.

We would expect you to be knowledgeable in these areas:

· Previous experience of a testing role within an agile team

· Testing web applications (manual or automation) or Microservices (.NET or Java)

· Feature or user story refinement

· Functional and exploratory testing

· Basic knowledge of AWS (Like s3, EC2, AWS CLI)

· Documenting and presenting test results back to stake holders or product owners

You would be joining an agile delivery team which continues to refine their own processes and ways of working. You will find it easiest to understand the way we work if you have worked using agile delivery methods in the past.
