At Expel, one of our most meaningful missions that we work on is delivering solutions to enable our analysts to be more efficient. The Analyst Experience team writes software that automates some of the analysts' work, and consolidates the information they're looking for, so they can spend more of their valuable time on hunting threats for our customers. What You Should Bring With You

• A desire and ability to constantly learn and improve yourself and your skills
• The ability to communicate and work efficiently with multi- discipline team members
• Proficient in a wide array of web technologies and services (e.g. HTML5/CSS, Node.js, REST, JSON)
• Proficient with relational databases and database architectures
• Experience with one or more SPA frameworks (e.g. angular, react, ember, vue)
• Experience in infrastructure-as-a-service (Cloud) environments (e.g. GCP, AWS)
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience

The Details

Pay range: $130,600 USD to $189,400 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.

Our offices are based out of Herndon, VA, but this position is available as either hybrid or fully remote.
