Senior IAM Engineer

What You Should Bring With You

• Experience owning IdP infrastructure and other IAM related tooling and processes (Okta, Google, Duo, 1Password, FIDO2 Security Keys)
• A passion for automating manual workflows to remove repetitive tasks and human touchpoints
• Exposure to and some level of expertise in FIDO2 Protocol and WebAuthN and have experience deploying FIDO2 Security Key solutions across the enterprise
• Solid understanding of popular business applications like Google, Slack, Atlassian, Workday and how they interact with IdP tooling
• Experience managing expectations & communication around large scale initiatives that have partners across multiple teams
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to work with all technical levels within the organization
• Eagerness to work within and as team to move security initiatives forward

Additional notes

The base salary range for this role is between $118,400 USD and $171,700 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.

This role will be remote based or onsite at our Herndon, VA headquarters.
