Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

The primary focus at EITSI is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories and businesses. Job Description

POSITION TITLE:               Software Engineer

REPORTING TO:                Manager  (E-Clinical Program)                              

REPORTING LOCATION:   Bangalore - India                            

WORKING LOCATION:       Bangalore - India        

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

Objective:

• Main objective of this position is to deliver high quality software and together with the team (including design, code, tests, documentation) and to accelerate the delivery
• Promote high quality engineering of the target solutions;
• Embrace Agile practices;
• Follow team development practices and policies in order to produce B2B connectors that can easily be implemented within Eurofins Group and supported on a long term period.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation that describes program code, logic, changes, and corrections for assigned functions.
• Develop working relationships within the wider Eurofins IT community and with select Eurofins user groups.

 Required Experience and Skills:

• 2 to 3 years of experience with developing software solutions in Microsoft Technologies.
• Experience with business requirements analysis, technical analysis and design, coding, unit testing, QA automation and implementation of configurations within software environment.

Technology skills:

 Mandatory

• Strong background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Engineering.
• Good expertise in n-Tier architectures with RESTFUL Web API.
• Hands on experience with .NET 4.5 and above,
• C# .Net Core, Web API
• Angular 9 and above
• Experience in Golang development
• jQuery, Java Script, CSS, JSON
• Microsoft Azure Services
• Hands on experience with PostgreSQL -queries and optimization of queries.
• Sound knowledge of SOA Principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Organization.
• Experience with Continuous Integration Environments (TFS/DevOps would be a plus).
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills with fluent English.

Preferred

• Proven ability and interest in building new application feature which interacts with exiting application and infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with the right experience.
