We are seeking a manager to lead our R&D SW Development teams. You’ll will be spearheading the development of world-class rApps. Coaching, challenging, and developing individuals and teams is essential to foster continuous improvement. As a line manager, you play a critical role in the operation of the business, supervising and managing development teams and acting as a liaison between employees and higher management. Your expertise in both management & technology will be essential to lead your team to success and to promote our company's values, ethics, and culture to ensure outstanding team performance. 

What you will do: 

• Technical Leadership and Strategy Alignment: Lead the software development lifecycle, set unit priorities, and align day-to-day operations with overarching strategies
• Workforce Planning and Recruitment: Forecast resource needs, recruit diverse talent, manage onboarding, and participate in budgeting and cost management
• Performance Management: Ensure adherence to global processes, manage risks, monitor targets, support testing, and report unit performance regularly
• Individual Performance Management: Set goals, ensure ethical performance, conduct appraisals, provide coaching, and prioritize health and safety
• Competence and Career Management: Develop team and individual development plans, support career growth, drive everyday learning, and plan job rotations
• Innovation and Improvements: Foster new ideas, implement best practices, and address performance barriers while promoting collaboration and quality
• Pay, Rewards, and Recognition: Conduct salary reviews, recognize achievements, and manage time reporting in line with company policies

You will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, A Master's degree is preferred
• 5 years (+)  of proven experience as a Software Manager in the software development industry, with a focus on cloud-based solutions
• 7 years (+) of proven experience in Agile methodologies and best practices
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale software development projects, including experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficient in management tools and software, such as SAP, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, MS Suite, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and create an impact
• Fluent English is a must, written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
• Experience in the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their application in software development projects is a plus
