Senior Project Manager

Our Requirement:

• +5 years of experience as Project Manager or related (Scrum Master, Agile coach, Agile trainee, Agile, teman facilitator or Agile delivery Manager)
• Solid knowledge and/or certification in Project management (Project Manger professional qualification)
• Solid knowledge and/or certification in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanba, XP, scrumban, Safe, Nexxus, Spotify, Less)
• Proficiency in at least 1 project management software, according to the requirement of the vacancy: Atlassian (important) or others (Trello, Active Collab, Jira, Bam Bam, Base Camp, zoho projects, Kanba Tools, ProofHub, teamWork Project).
• Solid knowledge of at least 1 metrics indicator. According to the requirement of the vacancy: Cummulative Flow Diagram, Burndown Chart, OKR's SLA's KPI's.
• Knowledge and use of at least 1 prioritization technique: MoSCoW, Eisenhower Matrix, WSJF 100, dollars).
