• Minimum 5 + years of experience in RPA development using preferably Automation Anywhere or Equivalent.
• Certified developer in: o   Automation Anywhere, experience with Version 11 and upgrading to Version 11 or Equivalent
• Drive the adoption of best practices around scripting, design, quality, performance in the team
• Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
•  Experience  in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
•  Able to perform in various areas of a project at various levels of responsibility, and under changing conditions
• Able to instruct and execute against project work plan(s); dependable with regard to responsibilities
• Focuses on solutions and productivity, is a self-starter, gets assignments done
• Able to handle varied technical problems on a project or support work effort
• Excellent analysis and solutioning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

General

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience
• Experience in building bots in AWS or any Cloud environment
• Strong programming and OOP basics in .NET/JAVA 
• Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
• Proven experience with programming - VB,VBA, C#, .Net.
• Experience Robotic process or cognitive automation
•  Agile Experience is an added advantage
