We are looking for an engineer to join our Cell Technology team, your mission will be to help us implement, characterize, and develop cell components.
You will be based onsite in our Lab in Natick, MA, and will report to Cell Technology Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, characterize and test cell components including catalyst layers
- Develop, implement, analyze and communicate results from Design of Experiments and preliminary engineering studies
- Support teams with complex laboratory tasks
- Develop and refine new procedures, and set up mixing, coating and analysis equipment.
- Comply with all safety protocols and standards
- Solve technical issues that arise within the lab
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent degree.
- 2+ years Experience working in a wet lab, either in University courses or equivalent.
- Experience handling chemical and components
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Experience using Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) for scientific and engineering applications
Physical Requirements
- Must work in a standing or seated position for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours
- Must reach, bend, stoop, push or pull and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. Occasionally lift or move 60 pounds
- Must wear appropriate PPE

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
