Job Description

Incumbent will manage the pan-European executive reporting process which requires close collaboration with business line performance managers to ensure Key Performance Indicators and other management information updates are on track and supported with in-depth understanding of drivers behind the performance, support governance of regular EU Leadership forums, managing agenda and quality control of presentation content and preparation for various senior executive and Board meetings. In addition, given the dynamic nature of the Chief of Staff’s scope of work, new tasks/projects may be assigned. The incumbent will report to the Chief of Staff.

Basic Qualifications

- Structured, logical approach to problem solving

- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

- Minimum 7 years work experience

Additional Job Description

Meeting Facilitation:

• European Executive Team meetings weekly and quarterly

• Manage agenda/recurring and new topics and issues

• Speakers invites

• Documentation management, incl timely uploads/readiness Reporting:

• Manage pan-European executive reporting process

• Manage reporting cycles for Elavon/US Bank Merchant Payment Services to support all pan European needs

• Collaborate with performance managers within each function (Revenue Segments, Commercial, Credit, Fraud, Operations, Finance) to ensure clarity and consistency in content

• Liaise with governance managers of executive forums

• Review and edit submissions for weekly/monthly reports for Senior Executive Team consumption

• Create reporting plan for H2-2024

• Monthly check-ins with Business Intelligence to ensure goals tracking and other management dashboard updates are on track

Other

• Revenue Segments/Commercial Line of Business monthly call attendance to ensure reporting is in line with the needs and expectations for the executive team reporting.

• European Executive Team Site maintenance

• Support goals and key performance indicator tracking for 2024

• Employee Engagement support as needed
