Job Description

The Finance Data Analyst will form an integral part of the Sales Planning and Analysis team based in Warsaw or Madrid working on a hybrid basis.

Primary Responsibilities
• Working within the FP&A team to deliver monthly sales reporting to segment leads, providing insights and identifying areas of risks to target achievements.
• Working closely with the Business Intelligence team to provide accurate and timely reporting
• Working closely with compensation teams to ensure accuracy in data relevant to account management for sales teams
• Be an integral part of the annual target setting process for the sales teams
• Work closely as a Business Partner with the relevant business line ensuring good stakeholder engagement, identifying areas of improvement & involved in group projects
• Support in analysing stakeholder needs; ad-hoc analysis as requested by the business/finance team

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in a data driven role within Finance
• Expertise in advanced Excel, SQL and BI/Visualisation tools like Tableau or PowerBI

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Enthusiastic, independent and self-motivated person who can work independently managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
• Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques 
• Ability to adapt and problem solve quickly in a changing and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiencies
• Strong attention to detail with the skills to consolidate, view and interpret data 
• Experience within the Payments industry a distinct advantage
