We are looking for a Junior Process Development Engineer  to join our R&D team.

• Education: Degree in Engineering or Physics (Higher level degree an advantage).
• Familiarity and understanding in Statistical data analysis (Excel, JMP or Python).
• Familiarity and understanding of basic concepts in technology-rich manufacturing (e.g. CMOS fabrication, electronics packaging, optical fibers, electro-optics, MEMS).
• Experience in carrying out lab research, including design of experiments (DOE).
• Familiarity with materials characterization and failure analysis methods (e.g. SEM, FIB, EDS).

• Taking part in the development of an electro-optical module – Mechanics/Optical components and Assembly Process.
• Hands-on development and implementation of unique processes for the Assembly of Optical and Electrical components.
• Participate in problem solving & Failure Analysis investigations.
• Optimize and assist in the transfer of process and methods from R&D to high volume automated manufacturing (HVM).
