 The Role

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our growing sales operations team in the US as a key part of our team while driving critical product delivery and service to our service provider customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with and become familiar with our customers and partners.
  • Meet with our customers team leaders from top service provider clients and DriveNets partners on a regular basis
  • Manage resources & processes for timely, quality deliverables for communications/network software and hardware projects with internal organizations, customers and partners.
  • Provide end-to-end project management – From POC through Production. This includes assisting sales to negotiate and sell the value and necessity of DriveNets PS service to our potential customers and partners.
  • Develop detailed plans for development, integration and customization of DriveNets technology with customers’ specific networks and operations infrastructures and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate & manage internal resources by facilitating PM meeting, and at times, coordinate with third parties/vendors to streamline operations. This includes participation to report project process at internal sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, CS, Sales, Sales Operation, Finance) to design, develop and implement projects lifecycle, including money collection.
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and specifications.
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and proactively resolve issues.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Travel to customers in the region as needed.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Deep and broad project management experience in the networking technology industry
  • Specifically, should have experience managing mission critical network communications projects within a service provider, large enterprise network, network communications solutions vendor or systems integrator.
  • Experience and working knowledge with MS Office and Atlassian tools (Jira,Confluence)
  • Proficiency in creating executive level communications e.g. producing decks/scorecards/data for senior leadership to a high standard
