As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll be part of one of our multidisciplinary teams where you’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and product owners. You’ll be a creative contributor to our processes and decision-making so that when we build new features, we can ensure the scalability and availability of the entire platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SENIOR FRONT-END ENGINEER

• You will be developing systems that power a rich set of applications used by a large and passionate group of users every day. 

• Care about agility as much as you care about scalability. We roll out products very quickly and are looking for a team that can pivot at a moment’s notice. 

• Take an active part in all development stages - building the architectural design of new features, break down and implementation.

• Develop performance-oriented code, covered with unit and automated integration tests.

• Follow and work in accordance with software development standards and methodologies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• At least 3 years of development experience in object-oriented programming using JavaScript.

• Knowledge and operations with Data Structures.

• Understanding of code time complexity and “Software engineering basics”.

• Development experience with React.

• Knowledge of modern JavaScript (up to ES14) and Async programming patterns.

• Familiarity with TypeScript and front-end tooling such as Webpack.

• Good understanding of modern CSS layouts and related CSS-in-JS technologies (such as styled-components).

• Experience writing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of unit and integration tests.

• Ability to grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.

• Experience and a strong understanding of Scrum.

• Fluency in English
