About the Team

The Consumer Web Platform team’s mission is to be an accelerator of innovation by building features and tooling that empower DoorDash’s engineers to deliver performant software quickly, reliably, and safely. Consumer Web Platform will solve DoorDash’s top engineering challenges across three pillars: App Performance, Reliability and Dev Productivity. In the past, our team has undertaken many challenging and high impact initiatives like improving web performance through Server-Side Rendering with Next.js, creating a Server Driven UI framework, improving telemetry for doordash.com, and supporting E2E testing.

As a member of the Consumer Web Platform team, you will be focused on modernizing our tech stack, standardizing frameworks, and providing novel ways to scale both the performance of our website (www.doordash.com) and the productivity of our engineers.

• Proposing and leading high-impact tech initiatives that shape how we deliver the web experience at DoorDash.
• Leveraging cutting edge technologies like Next.js, Node.js, Javascript, GraphQL, React and Apollo.
