Duties: Assemble, lead and mentor a staff of technically competent, thoughtful and customer-centric technology experts. This includes ensuring the team adheres to sound principles of data engineering within their technical domain, applying consistency to technical solutions, embracing and sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an Engineering-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Migrating ETL processes from relational warehouse databases to Amazon Web Services (AWS) based solutions. Directing daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. Designing and developing data ingestion and processing frameworks leveraging Data integration tools such as Lucid Chart, Microsoft Visio, Ab Initio, Control M scheduler, Linux, python or BI stack, advanced SQL queries using Snowflake, Teradata. Developing and enhancing technology solutions to enable seamless integration and flow of data across the data ecosystem using AWS based solutions, including Snowflake and S3. Consulting team members during the design and development of projects. Developing test scripts for unit and integration testing using Jira. Leading teams that develop and deliver data and analytics solutions. 1 (one) year of people leadership experience.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $122,990 to $175,600. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
