Job Description:

Responsible for being the key adviser to the business unit leader, directing strategy and managing a broad array of initiatives. Plans, directs, or coordinates activities regarding the development and implementation of projects across the business unit. Coordinates the management of planning for business and resources, prioritizing project activities, and overseeing the implementation of projects over time. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Accountable for delivering on end-to-end integration planning and roadmap in line with overall business and Decisions and Analytics (DNA) Strategy

· Establish and track appropriate OKRs to measure delivery performance and quality.

· Partner with DNA and line of business leaderships to ensure products have teams with the appropriate skills and capabilities to support integration plans.

· Manage and align vendors to integration roadmap and service levels as required.

· Frequently interface with business lines to understand challenges and identify opportunities to provide value and efficiency.

· Ensure consistent feedback mechanisms are in place to measure employee sentiment and to capture potential new requirements/enhancement opportunities.

· Contribute to the overall DNA Strategic Roadmap

Additional Expertise:

· Serves as a thought partner in addressing critical issues within the business.

· Provides logistical support and thought leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within business unit.

· Manages and interprets Finance-provided data related to business unit performance or financial plan.

· Comfortable with concepts, technologies, operating models, and architectures of multiple data and technology platforms

· Able to effectively challenge other leaders as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management, Analytics, or Information Technology.

Experience:

· 10+ years of Management, IT, Project Management or related.

Preferred qualifications:

Education:

· Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, Analytics, or Information Technology

Experience:

· 12+ years of Management, IT, Project Management or related.

· Coordination of large financial mergers

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $173,000.00 to $263,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
