Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing projects within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and fostering strong relationships with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve project delivery efficiency.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortems.
• Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success.

What We’ll Expect From You:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Overall 7 years of minimum experience having last 3 years of minimum experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of technical process with an ability to participate in technical discussions and propose solutions 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Proficiency in project management tools and softwares such as Jira.
