Summary:

Project Manager will be responsible for leading product labeling translation projects and will directly report into Susan Colombo, Manager, Product Labeling and indirectly to Dovile Dovydeniene Sr Manager, Program Management.

About the role:

  • Leads product labeling translation projects, including tutorial and video translations, from planning and development through production release and revision.
  • Initiates and coordinates Project Requests, request quotes, reviews translated content to ensure content delivery meets corporate quality standards.
  • Understands quality management system requirements and follows applicable procedures to ensure compliance with business and industry standards as well as regional and local regulations.
  • Partner with Labeling Program Managers and Technical Team members to prioritize and plan labeling-related schedules, milestones, and deliverables in support of global and regional product launches or labeling change projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional platform owners to streamline dependencies and deliverables
  • Support Marketing teams in translating materials as per glossary, getting in-country reviews and having the typesetting (formatting in InDesign) done by the vendors.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing team to upload final files to the web server and perform in-country testing (if applicable) to ensure correct deployment.
  • Prioritizes among competing needs and opportunities; tracks and maintains updates for multiple projects simultaneously; utilizes project management tools as applicable.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • General understanding of project management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
  • Experience leading initiatives/small projects.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to build relationships across functions and business units.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive timelines.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and possesses the ability to work with general direction and oversight.
  • Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications: (Optional)

  • Proficient in additional languages.
  • Proficient in Confluence and SmartSheets.
  • Familiar with Content Management tools, such as MadCap Flare/Central.
  • Familiar with Requirements Management tools, such as DOORS.
  • Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
  • Experience working with LSPs (translation agencies).
  • Experience in medical device labeling translations and localization for the US, EMEA, APAC, or a combination thereof.
  • Knowledge of GDP, GMP, FDA, UDI, MDR, and ISO requirements and standards.
  • Experience with document management systems, such as Oracle Cloud PLM and SharePoint.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,429.58 to €2,858.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
