Job Description

We are searching for a talented Cloud Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on GCP for our Organization and Customers. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into robust cloud architectures.

• Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions on GCP;

• Evaluate and migrate on-premises workloads to GCP;

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services for performance, scalability, and cost;

• Automate cloud deployments and configurations using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools;

• Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements for cloud environments;

• Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP offerings and technologies;

• Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful cloud adoption;

• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on cloud strategy;

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or a similar cloud computing role (3+ years);

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including core services like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Kubernetes Engine;

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform;

• In-depth understanding of cloud security principles and best practices;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;

• Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications: Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect (GCP PCA) or equivalent;

• Experience with cloud automation tools;

• Experience with cloud monitoring and logging solutions;

• Experience with DevOps methodologies.
