Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Project Manager with over 5 years of experience to oversee project delivery, team management, and budget control. 

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing project teams and budgets.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Background with Data Projects (plus).
