Job Description

For our global Marketing organization, we are in search of a Data Cloud & Marketing Innovation Lead to drive a new initiative within our organization. We are looking for someone:

• Passionate about driving innovative topics for business.
• Loves establishing/building new ways of working based on technology.
• Comfortable with both the business and IT sides, capable of speaking both languages and understanding their needs and perspectives.
• Data savvy with a deep understanding of our product landscape (both business and IT).
• Capable of evolving topics/products for Marketing.

As the lead, you will design, implement, and maintain our Salesforce Data Cloud platform. We are seeking someone with a unique combination of technical skills, data savviness, and solution-oriented thinking. An ideal candidate has extensive experience with data analysis, management, and integration and is a self-motivated, independent problem solver who is excited to dive into details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry data management best practices and standards
• Proficiency in applying data modeling techniques and tools
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure
• Know-how to transform any data from the source system before it reaches Data Cloud
• Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) experience
• Knowledge of the standard Data Cloud model
• Ability to map data to the data model and create required relationships
• Integration experience using both Web based technologies (SOAP, REST)
• API integrations and SDKs
• Good SQL skills and familiarity with database management systems
