Our Performance Management application aims to provide a various range of reports to different stakeholders within International Private Bank Domain. Our solution is using a data warehouse and a BI tool to extract various reports, and it targets multiple regional instances & a global instance using both on-prem and Google Cloud solutions.

You need to be an excellent developer, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience developing Oracle software. You must be willing to work in a dynamic environment, developing new applications and learning migration into Google Cloud.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and English skills

• Can work under pressure and be delivery focused and pragmatic

• Excellent teamwork with collaborative, innovative and intelligent problem solving

• Experience developing applications in enterprise environment

• A minimum of 5 years development experience within Oracle data warehouses projects

• Excellent in taking ownership of the developments required for the region

• Able to mentor more junior colleagues and provide technical guidance

• Able to explain easily the technical dependencies at all levels

Technically, we are looking for excellent experience in:

• Excellent in SQL and PL/SQL development

• Excellent in Oracle 12c / 19c +

• Experience with ETL development

• Data warehouse development and modeling

• Database performance tuning

Preferred experience with:

• Oracle Exadata / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

• Jira, Git / Bitbucket, TeamCity / Jenkins,

• Job scheduling and interdependencies configuration

• Logging, monitoring, troubleshooting

• Industry standard processes for build, deploy, release and support (CI/CD, incident/problem/change management etc.)

• DevOps tools (e.g. GIT, Teamcity, Maven, Sonar, Veracode)

Nice to have experience:

• Experience with Cloud Computing; ideally with GCP services like BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, GKE  or willingness to learn and grow in the Google Cloud Platform

• Experience or willingness to learn alternative database structures (Data Vault)

• Business Intelligence applications and tools like Qlik Sense / Tableau / Looker

• Working in an agile environment and familiar with agile ceremonies

• Banking & Financial sector knowledge
