What you’ll achieve

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:
•Be responsible for service delivery costs, service level and coordination of resources
•Develop and maintain direct customer and broader service delivery relationships
•Assist in implementing delivery management process improvements
•Target opportunities for growth within the customer environment

Essential Requirements

•8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Pure Storage FlashArray block storage products and/or in Rubrik r6000 series data protection products.

• Experienced in Brocade G series fabric switch products and Competent in Windows, Linux/UNIX-like operating systems.

• Monitor pure storage performance and capacity, ensuring optimal operation

Implement data protection mechanism on Rubrik such as snapshots, replication, and backup solution.

•Familiar with SRE principles such as user journeys, SLI/SLO, and synthetic probers.

Desirable Requirements

• Beneficial, but not required, experience in block storage (Dell, Hitachi), file (Netapp, Dell Unity), and/or backup solutions (Networker, DataDomain).

• Familiarity with Unix/Linux command line operations and server support. Understanding of how to troubleshoot basic Unix/Linux problems.
