Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Use Python to automate data transformation processes and enhance data validation and cleaning.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to create pivot tables, use VLOOKUPs, and build dynamic reports.
• Generate clear, compelling, and actionable insights from vast datasets to influence business strategies.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data flowing into our centralized data warehouse from various sources.
• Continuously improve existing analytical systems and processes by adopting new tools and techniques in the industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics
• 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, ideally within a data-driven organization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization features.
• Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and developing ETL processes.
• Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive successful business outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex data challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the proficiency to articulate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
