RFP Project Manager

You will:

• Manage/Assist development and production of proposal responses to RFPs, RFIs, and similar; manage proposal process from receipt of RFP to proposal delivery 
• Lead overall response process; create and maintain overall project timeline 
• Analyze RFP documents; identify due dates, requirements, and areas of possible concern 
• Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing internal due dates for information gathering, writing/editing, approvals, and signatures 
• Schedule and facilitate all RFP team calls; compile and distribute notes, clearly identifying assigned items 
• Collaborate with internal contributors/SMEs/stakeholders to ensure content is complete and accurate 
• Email requests for required information outside of RFP team; follow up until receipt of information  
• Ensure response is fully compliant to RFP specifications 
• Proofread and format responses; ensure all attachments are current and appropriately provided following RFP requirements 
• Produce final response whether printed and delivered via courier or electronically submitted via email or portal 
• Handle final submission by either coordinating with Sales to submit or submitting via portal, email, or overnight courier 
• Maintain RFP response repository 
• Establish tracking system with win-loss information; maintain RFP response statistics 
• Assist with post RFP submission presentation formatting/proofreading, if requested by Sales/Operations 
• Create RFP process document to be shared with new RFP team members/stakeholders 
• Function as Project Manager/Project Coordinator for Sales Operations for several small to medium size projects  throughout the year.  
• Assist Sales Operations Team with data integrity in Salesforce as needed.  
• Assist Sales/Operations with proofreading/formatting of any presentation or proposal, as requested.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $72,000 - $115,000.
