Job Description

Data Analyst

 Detailed Expectations: 

A-Response Time - 5-15 minutes required

B-Hours of operation - 7am to 7pm US Central Time

C-Tickets - Entered to document and track requests and progress (possibly in Excel)

General Requirements:

1.       Excellent communication and language skills

2.       Can work well with PMs and Estimators, as well as the InEight project team

3.       Detail oriented.  Precision is imperative. 

4.       Experience and aptitude to work within an active IT application with financial and business operational consequences (Updates InEight Estimate and Control systems, and JD Edwards)

5.       Accurate data entry and updating skills

6.       Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel

7.       Readily available to respond to user requests (within minutes)

8.       Ability to prioritize work tasks

9.       Solicits input and guidance from team lead

10.   Available to work weekends and during extended business hours if needed
