At Interwell Health we are using Salesforce to drive efficiencies in our clinical operations, as we deliver on our mission to improve outcomes while driving costs down, in the kidney care space. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce and Health Cloud Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce and Health Cloud Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce/Health Cloud platform to support our clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce and Health Cloud, while collaborating closely with our product team to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce and Health Cloud Configuration and Customization: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Health Cloud to design, configure, and customize solutions that enhance user productivity, streamline processes, and align with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and Health Cloud updates, features, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Security and Compliance: Manage user access and permissions, monitor data security, and enforce compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Data Management and Quality Control: Implement data management best practices to ensure accurate and reliable data within Salesforce and Health Cloud, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data enrichment.
- Integration and Automation: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, leveraging automation to optimize workflows and eliminate manual tasks.
- User Training and Support: Participate in providing expert-level training, guidance, and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce and Health Cloud while maximizing its capabilities.
- Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into sales performance and business metrics.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes, ensuring knowledge is accessible to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator certification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong track record of configuring and customizing Salesforce.
- 2+ years of experiences as a Health Cloud Administrator, with a verifiable record of supporting medium to large health care organizations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Health Care concepts, business processes, and business operations.
- Experience with Flows, Dynamic Related Lists, Validation Rules, Flexipages, Object and Permissions management.
- Familiar with all Health Cloud data models.
- Experience with deployment, data migration, integration, and ETL tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with additional Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
