About the Opportunity:
We are embarking on a new Alliances driven journey here at Cribl and we are looking for an experienced Sr. Director of Cloud Service Providers. This initiative is a top priority for our CEO and VP of Sales and key to our go to market strategy. The Sr. Director of Cloud Service Providers will design and execute and drive sales acceleration with CSP partnerships globally. Working closely with Cribl’s regional sales teams and channel & alliances teams, the ideal candidate will have experience and a proven track-record building and scaling partnerships with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud (GCP).
What you will accomplish:
- This position will be responsible for helping define, own, and scale the CSP strategy at Cribl
- Drive sales/partner enablement, Cloud pipeline registrations, Seller/Partner Private Offers, Aligned sales calls, and follow up needed.
- Work very closely with Cribl Sales, alliance partners, and reseller partners to drive marketplace utilization that accelerates adoption and consumption of Cribl
- Build relationships with and motivate CSP sale teams to leverage the Cribl solution with their customers in the CSP marketplaces
- Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Field Marketing, Sales Operations) to generate demand activities and alignment through AWS, Azure & GCP and create market awareness
What you will bring:
- Strong motor and intrinsically driven
- Deep understanding of how to develop and execute GTM plays with CSP’s, Channel, and internal sales teams
- 5+ years of progressive CSP and cloud marketplace experience
- Proven & documented track record of success in CSP and channel routes to market
- Established executive-level relationships within the CSP & partner community
- Subject matter expert understanding of how CSP & cloud marketplaces work and how all parties (ISV, CSP, resale partners, MSSP partners) benefit & monetize from the marketplace ecosystem
- 3+ years of leading CSP or alliance/channel teams
- Must be able to think strategically and to translate into measurable actions
- Minimum 25% travel required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, technical degree or relevant experience is desirable
