Description:

A Salesforce Architect at Credera, is a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem. Often in the position of the technical team leader, they help educate the team with technical best practices. They also translate business needs to a technical vision that teams of low code or pro code builders can execute and build proofs-of-concept (POCs) that teams can further iterate.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design the technical strategy and data model for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Design flexible and scalable solutions that meet immediate business requirements, while setting up clients for long term success within their Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients and prospects on Salesforce Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud best practices.
  • Lead and assist developers in hands-on solution design, solution architecture, technical roadmap, proof-of-concepts, process flows, as well as configuration and deployment required to support current needs and future state projects.
  • Develop integration strategy and roadmap to take from sandbox to production between Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Portal to build secure website portals for a cohesive branded digital experience across the Salesforce platform.
  • Streamline systems interactions, enhance process, and organization while developing policies for automation and scaling efficiently to create a unified DXP – Digital Experience Platform.
  • Lead integration from current / legacy support app to Service Cloud and extend self-service into the Experience Cloud – Portal(s) while adding tool tips and other user features as needed.
  • Serve as the Technical Advisor, Salesforce SME, Solution Architect and Technical Lead for branded site of features, functions and act as final escalation point for any production issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Certifications:
    • 1+ Current Salesforce Architect Certification(s) required. (Application, B2B Solutions, Development Lifecycle & Deployment, Data, Integration, Technical…etc.)
    • 1+ Current Salesforce Developer Certification(s) required (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II…ect.)
    • Technical Architect Certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive technical Salesforce experience.
  • 5+ years of development in any combination of core competencies: JavaScript, VF, APEX, Triggers, Workflows, SOQL, Unit Testing, Java…etc.
  • 3+ years of Architecture Design / Solutions with Salesforce Service / Experience Cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • 2+ years of development in Lightning framework (Aura / LWC)
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience in other Salesforce Cloud Products such as Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Data…etc is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of DXP and building secure websites, portal and apps with connected data.
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to change directions quickly when priorities shift and quickly think through problems to design and deliver solutions.
  • Experience working in a consultancy / agency environment.
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 33% of time as necessary.
  • Ability to work within the US without limitations.
  • Ability to work in office 3 days per week.

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $165K – 185K plus a variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel:

Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.
