Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide project level support of process and system development incorporating the needs of multiple teams. Primary duties would include management of process and system’s improvements including implementation and post release analysis and support. The role would require creating efficiencies with both external and internal stakeholders in support of the Access Management strategy.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

    • Be able to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic workplace.   
    • Be able to support complex business challenges with multiple variables  
    • Creating and documenting efficient end to end processes – writing Job Aids and Standard Operating Procedures 
    • Assess project impacts and identify project stakeholders.  
    • Create project plansThis would include, business case proposals, prioritization, Risk assessment, and identifying gaps and planning implementation. 
    • Maintain robust communication with all stakeholders, internal and external.  
    • Serve as a conduit between developers and the business  
    • Facilitating vendor, sales, interorganizational and quoting meetings to include, daily scrums, sprint reviews 
    • Develops and writes requirements/systems specifications 
    • Manage a project including, action items, risk assessments, and major milestones for system enhancements and process improvements 
    • Managing UAT Test plans and identify defects.  
    • support training to provided successful changes.  
    • Address post-production release issues in an organized and efficient fashion so-as-to limit impact of day-to-day operations. 
    • Identify user acceptance criteria that are not met  

     

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options to management.  

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints in coordination with budget owner/s 

  • Track requirements status throughout the project. 

  • Prepare and share appropriate close-out documents and lessons learned 

 

Education  

  • Bachelors or equivalent professional experience and/or certifications.  

Field  

  • Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain  

Certifications 

  • Preferred but not required - Scrum Master or PMP  

  • Preferred but not required – LEAN Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification  

Years of Experience  

  • Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience

Compensation

National Pay Range: $48,623.01 USD-$113,960.17 USD

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $60,778.76 - $100,284.95

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Bachelor's Degree
