Job Description
DUTIES: Provide technical leadership to a team responsible for developing machine learning (ML) algorithms, models, and data pipelines for digital and linear advertising using Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Spark, Python, and Scala; measure ML model drifts; perform CI/CD processes using Vault services, Concourse, and Artifactory; utilize Agile development methodologies; use the Databricks platform for data analytics; create feature stores that can be reused across models; build and deploy models on AWS; work with data analysts and data scientists to provide the tools, processes, and organizational structures to support the data-focused enterprise; identify complex machine learning problems and develop and deploy novel machine learning prototypes and algorithms to solve them; guide the successful completion of programs that identify patterns and make decisions with minimal human intervention; lead the design of prototypes, partnering with the product team and other stakeholders through development; design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions using optimization and other advanced computer science technologies, and own live deployments; conduct studies to support product or application development; translate application requirements into problem statements; analyze and evaluate machine learning solutions; aggregate large amounts of data and information from large numbers of sources to discover patterns and features necessary to automate analytical models; complete case studies, testing, and reporting; create patents, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and other intellectual property; test and evaluate solutions presented to the company; and guide and mentor junior-level engineers. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field, and two (2) years of experience developing machine learning (ML) algorithms; measuring ML model drifts; performing CI/CD processes using Artifactory; creating data pipelines and ML models with Spark, Python, and Scala; using Tensorflow and Pytorch; utilizing Agile development methodologies; using the Databricks platform for data analytics; of which one (1) year of experience must include creating feature stores that can be reused across models; developing ML models and algorithms for digital and linear advertising; and building and deploying models on AWS
