Job Summary

The Cybresecurity Identity & Access Governance (IAG) Analyst is responsible for facilitating reviews as part of the User Access Review (UAR) program. Additionally, this role requires input and routine enhancing of internal processes, policies and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have worked in an Identity Management related role or project/program management within Risk and Compliance,

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

·                Work with Business Units and Application Owners to onboard systems to the IAG User Access Review Program 

·                Ensure timely completion of reviews  

·                Asses the completeness and accuracy of data provided by application owners to ensure both compliance with internal policies and reduce risk 

·                Participate in creating business requirements and user acceptance testing with tools used to facilitate User Access Reviews (ServiceNow, RPA) 

·                Identify opportunities for process improvements to deliver increased operational efficiency in the IAG workflow as well as Application Owner’s process 

·                Recommend and implement quality, risk management and governance protocols needed for expanded security to meet with expanding Governance, Risk and Compliance objectives. 

·                Create reports as needed to represent Key Performance and Risk Indicators as they apply to the process controls for the IAG UAR program.  

·                Provide timely updates on tasks and meet customer deadlines with high quality deliverables.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
