Core Responsibilities
1. Python or Go Lang Development:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python or Go Lang.
- Write efficient, reusable, and modular code to meet project requirements.
- Implement best practices for code organization, readability, and performance.
2. SQL Database Management:
- Design and optimize SQL database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application functionality.
- Ensure database security, integrity, and scalability.
3. System Architecture and Design:
- Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and robust software systems.
- Implement design patterns and architectural principles to create maintainable codebases.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the system architecture.
4. Web Framework Utilization:
- Leverage web frameworks such as Django or Flask (for Python) and Gin or Echo (for Go) to build web applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly into the overall system.
5. Testing and Debugging Expertise:
- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing of software components.
- Debug and resolve software defects promptly, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and advocate for automated testing strategies.
6. Cybersecurity Integration:
- Integrate cybersecurity best practices into software design and development processes.
- Implement security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to address vulnerabilities and ensure system resilience.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers to understand and refine software requirements.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide technical insights.
7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Document software design decisions, code structure, and implementation details.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for onboarding and future reference.
- Share knowledge with team members through code reviews and technical discussions.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Python or Go Lang and related technologies.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing systems and propose solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in Python or Go Lang.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask for Python or Gin, Echo for Go).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of microservices architecture
