Your mission

Lead and grow the Integrations Coverage team responsible for accurately ingesting user's crypto activity. We integrate with numerous exchanges and blockchains, and operate large-scale data ingestion systems to ensure timely and reliable processing of crypto activity.

One year outcomes

• Impact: Ensure and sustain 100% ingestion accuracy for key crypto integrations

• Scale: Team is able to proactively identify and address any gaps in integrations coverage
  

You will

• Lead, grow, motivate, and inspire the team of engineers responsible for the platform that enables CoinTracker to accurately synchronize crypto activity for a user

• Nurture and ensure a high level of engineering quality through well-structured APIs, reusable components, and well-tested, maintainable software

• Be opinionated in building the team's technical vision and play a primary role in technical decision making

• Drive the roadmap, strategic direction, and priorities for the team, and collaborate with other engineering teams across the company

• Envision and achieve a future state where the team can proactively identify and address gaps in crypto integrations
  

Some of the skills that we are excited about

• 8+ years of software development experience

• 1-2 years of engineering management experience, overseeing backend or full stack teams of 5 or more engineers

• Experience building strong technical teams that balance operational excellence, collaboration and user needs

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and driving execution across team and organizational boundaries

• Experience creating, delivering, and operating highly reliable ingestion systems at scale

• Strong alignment with our guiding principles
