Senior Salesforce Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our application using cutting-edge technologies. If you are passionate about development, have a strong background in Salesforce Apex and Visualforce, this is the perfect opportunity.  

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component development 

• 2+ years of experience with working around Salesforce limits by using asynchronous/batch processing 

• Excellent knowledge of GIT based source driven development 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Design, or related field 

• Agile mindset and the ability to work in a team

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Experience with Salesforce DX is a plus 

• Experience with Cloud (AWS, Heroku or similar) 

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Play a key role in delivering a secure, performant and maintainable product by creating, supporting the implementation of good, scalable architecture 

• Plan, design and implement quality software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements 

• Document and assure the quality of work through unit and acceptance tests. 

• Adhere and contribute to the Clarivate coding standards for excellence and industry best practices regarding the development processes 

• Participate in our regular Community of Practices (Clean Code, Review, Know-Sharing, ...) sessions.

About the team

We're a highly talented team of 7. Currently, we have 3 talented Software engineers in Belgrade, 2 Quality Assurance engineers a Product Owner and Team Lead, the rest of the team is international! We take pride in our culture where a 'can do' attitude is fostered. We put a strong emphasis on working independently and proactively, finding solutions to complex problems in an iterative way.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
