Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Design, test, and develop software to meet user requirements.  Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Confer with business analysts, users, and the internal technology team to gather and document requirements. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Perform development and support tasks to enhance business and technology functionalities. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Coordinate installation of software system. Ensure units and systems continue to function normally. Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. Confer with onshore and offshore Quality Assurance (“QA”) and Technology teams to test functionality. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications. Coordinate installation of software system. Troubleshoot issues reported by users. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. Coordinate installation of software system. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst or related position working with financial services software. Must have experience with: Designing, integrating, coding and developing components using Eclipse, Core Java, and Java Enterprise Edition; Using Data Structure concepts, Arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, and hash tables to perform storage retrieval and process data; Spring , Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API, Enterprise Messaging System framework (EMS) to develop code and real time components; Developing functions, procedures, triggers and queries to execute against Database servers using MS SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase/PL-SQL Database and Programming Language/ Structured Query Language; Developing and maintaining various versions of the build components and code repository using repository management tools Subversion(SVN) /GIT; Executing Unix/Linux batch shell scripts using Tectia/Putty and logging and tracing logs using Log4j; Using JIRA, Jenkins, UDeploy, TeamCity and Build tool Maven to deploy components across testing environments and maintain versions in the target environment; Designing and developing test suites using Junit, Mockito; and Financial domain and Trade processing, production support and troubleshooting.
