• Monitors data trends and makes suggestions for modifications to increase and improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy for identified processes; implements changes as directed or needed. 

• Supports Other Areas of the DC as required or  

• Guides Key Account Coordinators and Data Integrity Coordinator with data to support their job function. 

Depending on the assigned area, responsible for: 

• Analyzing logistics trends for 3PL clients to initiate process improvements. 

• Supporting EDI KPI Reporting and Analysis - i.e. tracking controllable/non-controllable errors/issues, source of error (Client, customer, Innomar, ICS, other), resolved/open, associated fines, etc. 

• Responsible to track and report Non-performance fines levied on Clients by Customers - type of claim, valid vs not valid, associated fines paid, etc.  

• Review CRM monthly and ensure all incidents are captured appropriately in the KPI reporting deck 

• Assists in compiling Monthly Business KPI’s 

• Participate in New Client Launch calls. (EDI integration) 

• Focus on new clients’ setups to help meet estimated launch dates. 

• Support EDI with error investigation 

• Support all Data Integrity projects. 

• Support the overflow of day-to-day Data Integrity activities (price updates) 

• Back-up for Data Integrity coordinator (Vacation/Emergency Leave) 

• Clean-up data – review and revise setup inconsistencies. 

• Build and manage Data Integrity KPI’s 

• Data Integrity manuals/work instructions (add new clients/record exceptions/update existing clients WI) 

• Participate in new task trainings (to take on new tasks from ICS and grow Data Integrity role) 

• Flexible working hours to accommodate business needs and minimize OT (including weekends). 

• Maintain Item Error Report – goal 0 errors. 

• Performs all other related duties as assigned. 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Requires experience in warehousing and distribution, completion of a post-secondary education program in logistics or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. 

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry an asset. 

• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). 

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

• Exceptional analytical skills and experience analyzing operational data and concepts, such as inventory usage, pick , pack and ship , KPI’s, cause and effect analysis, root cause analysis, etc. 

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. 

• Organizational and time management skills. 

• Must have ability to work independently. 

• Ability to resolve data discrepancy issues effectively and efficiently. 

• Knowledge of sourcing data to operate effectively within ERP system. 

• Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
