Senior Endpoint Engineer

The Team:
You will be joining the Internal IT team, based in Raleigh (NC) and part of the global IT Team as well as being responsible as 1st contact person for administrative / endpoint related tasks and projects.

The Role:
As Celonis continues to grow we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, pragmatic and “team player” Senior Endpoint Engineer to join us and take ownership of Endpoint- and administrative related IT systems for the business. It’s a role where you will have great impact, autonomy and visibility across the wider IT team with many opportunities for learning and development.

The work you’ll do:

• Administration of all internal IT user facing systems
• Endpoint SaaS applications (Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Chrome, Adobe products, Monday.com)
• Endpoint Operating systems (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
• Client Patch & Compliance Management
• Client Device Management (Intune & Kandji)
• Fit-out of new offices, including Video Conferencing systems (ZoomRooms) and follow-me printer solutions
• Resolve, transfer or escalate 2nd level IT tickets raised by internal employees
• Continuous optimization of the digital workplace at Celonis
• Building Enterprise technologies together with our System Engineers located around the globe
• Security remediation - implement changes from Information Security Department
• Follow and ensure the global valid Celonis IT infrastructure standards
• Develop documentation/user/project guides for employees and administrators

The qualifications you need:

• In-depth Knowledge of endpoint facing infrastructure management
• Broad knowledge in a Windows environment (Windows 10/11, AzureAD, Active Directory)
• Knowledge in the administration of Linux systems
• Knowledge in an Apple environment
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Knowledge in IT Project management
• Microsoft O365 knowledge
• You are holding basic certifications for the mentioned skills
• You are generally working autonomously and are able to act cross functionally
• First touchpoints with the ITIL framework
