We are seeking a talented individual to join our team on a 9-month contract opportunity in Salesforce Developer role. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have expertise with CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our organization. This includes maintaining custom objects, fields, page layouts and global configuration settings such as Profiles, Sharing Rules etc.

• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Management: Administer our Sales and Service Cloud instance, ensuring data integrity, user access and system performance. Experience with both clouds is essential, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products and Case Management (all Standard Objects).

• APEX Classes, APEX Triggers, and APEX Test Scripts Development: Develop custom triggers, classes, and integrations to enhance our Salesforce functionality.

• CPQ Implementation: Optimize and maintain CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes. Your expertise in CPQ will be crucial in streamlining our sales operations.

• Salesforce Automations: Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. Familiarity with Process Builder and Legacy Workflows is required.

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to execute user acceptance testing and change management activities and to understand the results of these activities.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of related experience.

• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferred.

• Certified Salesforce Developer: Salesforce Developer certification or equivalent work experience.

• Required Technical Knowledge & Experience:  

  • Salesforce Development, including working with Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

  • APEX Knowledge: Expertise with APEX code and the ability to write and troubleshoot custom code.

  • Process Automation Skills: Expertise creating and managing Salesforce Flows, Process Builder and Workflows.

  • REST / SOAP API Experience

• Preferred Technical Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Data Cloud / Marketing Cloud

  • Dell BOOMI

  • Salesforce CPQ
