Creative Project Manager - Brand Operations

What You'll Do

• Work with creatives, marketing strategists, and channel managers to deliver projects such as emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social, web, display, video, etc. 

• Facilitate new project intakes for talent/resourcing needs by business priority

• Build out project plans and manage assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets 

• Utilize workflow management tool (Workfront) for successful project delivery

• Facilitate team ceremonies such as stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives

• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

• Provide direction and support to account management and creative services teams

• Partner with Program Manager to understand and improve upon workflow processes 

• Manage a high-volume (20+) of concurrent projects with shifting deadlines/priorities across numerous lines of business simultaneously

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

• At least 2 years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:  

• 3+  years experience with in-house creative, or advertising agency, or digital marketing preferred

• 3+  years experience with Workfront preferred

• 3+  years experience reviewing visual design and written content 

• 3+  years experience supporting digital, or print, or social channels

• Experience with Workfront

• Proficiency in Google Suite
