Key Responsibilities

Results

Invoice and Inventory Management 

  1. Process invoices including manual and import
  2. Manage receipt of invoices and accruals
  3. Invoice batches
  4. Past due research, account reconciliation and resolution of disconnect notices received
  5. Submit disputes and manage to completion
  6. Inventory confirmation and entry
  7. Maintain accurate inventory for new and existing services (disconnect dates, start dates, service addresses, etc.)
  8. Populate required fields for the service bill types and escalate as needed to complete the inventory entry

Client Management

  1. Vendor contacts
  2. Identify items to be escalated and follow appropriate escalation path.
  3. Assist in opening trouble tickets
  4. Attend internal meetings 
     •  Contribute to the agenda and provide current status of your client responsibilities

Contract Management 

  1. Contract to invoice rate validation 
     •  Service ID Deviation Reports 
     •  Contract Validation Reports
  2. Manage Alerts
  3. Identify services that should be under contract/missing contracts and gather details for Contracts Team.  Escalate as needed.

Provisioning and Optimization 

  1. Independent management of client MACD activity (Moves, Adds, Changes and Disconnects) 
     •  Disconnect Orders 
     •  Assist with single quotes 
     •  Simple Orders (ex: analog and broadband)

Professional Development  

  1. Clear, concise and tactful communicator
  2. Develop expertise of one or more bill types and vendor portals/reports
  3. Provide professional and positive customer service internally and externally


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Comfortable working independently with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16 - $17.
