Brooksource is seeking a seasoned Cognitive Ai Engineer to join a global financial technology organization. This role will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions. Expertise in RAG/LLM/NLP/RPA and cognitive automation will drive success of new and existing initiatives. *Requirements:*

· Demonstrable expertise in successfully executing RAG/LLM/NLP projects to address real-world challenges, showcasing tangible results.

· Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with the ability to implement complex AI solutions effectively.

· Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM), with a track record of implementing NLP techniques to solve diverse problems.

· Experience with Azure AI cloud services, leveraging its capabilities to develop and deploy AI solutions.

· Familiarity with Agile development methodology, facilitating efficient project execution and adaptation to changing requirements.

· Experience working with IBM Watsonx Assistant, Salesforce Einstein, or AWS Lex is preferred



*Responsibilities:*

· Drive the implementation of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) in production solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

· Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and high performance standards.

· Proactively monitor and fine-tune solutions to drive continuous improvements in performance metrics and user experience.

· Utilize Azure cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale AI models, ensuring robustness and reliability in production environments.

· Drive workflow enhancements by integrating cutting-edge AI techniques and algorithms, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand automation requirements and craft tailored, impactful solutions.



*Experience:*

· Proven experience executing key projects using RAG, LLM, NLP

· Experience with Azure Ai Cloud services and a background in multi-cloud environments.

· Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in addressing technical challenges, ensuring robustness and reliability of AI systems.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay: $120.00 - $130.00 per hour
