As a Startup in the growth phase, our current challenge is to migrate to new technologies, rebuild some services, make changes in our software architecture, and build whole new products.

​​Here's what you'll be doing at Bosta.

  • Drive strategic infrastructure initiatives, aligning team efforts with organizational goals and ensuring efficient management of resources.
  • You will do a “Production”.While thousands of requests per minute are hitting our production, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. 
  • Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and scalability. 
  • Manage cloud resources and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to best practices. 
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and trends, and propose improvements to existing processes.
  • Document processes, configurations, and procedures for the team.

  • +3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Software or DevOps Engineer.
  • Worked on high-scale heavy traffic applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker.
  • Strong Unix or Linux background, including topics around network stack and scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python / Bash).
  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (GCP preferred).
  • Experience analyzing and resolving performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
