Job Description

Program Support Work  45%

1) Planning/Admin

• Support Design/Build Vendor partner in execution of large display builds including consolidating commitments, securing Bose product, Part numbers and BOM’s are obtained from the relevant internal resources. 
• Responsible for all ordering, billing and payments for invoices to manufacturing and part suppliers related to the program.
• Coordinate efforts around securing samples and demo product (global)
• Manages vendor deliverables to identified KPI’s for the program

2) Deployment/Logistics

• Gather reseller requirements for deployment (instructions, packaging, delivery instructions, timing) from retail ops teams and account managers.
• Create systems for communicating logistics status to interested parties (3PL installers, retail ops).
• Handle Commercial invoicing for international shipments
• Ensure manufacturing schedule aligns with reseller requirements

3) Installation/Service Support

• Work  with Install/Maintain GPO and analytics to determine RMA and Spare parts requirements for the program and replenishment inventory for common parts.
• Provide hyper-care and rapid response support during installation of displays
• Support for display deployment/rebuilds outside initial launch period. 
• Inventory Management of spare parts and spare displays – analysis, re-ordering and obsolescence

Project Management- 45%

• Manage projects at third party manufacturers on time and within budget to global markets, including managing build schedules of displays and retrofit kits, risk mitigation, quality assurance and corrective action plans as required

Quality Control – 10%

Drive continuous improvements for these programs to achieve increased ROI, display reliability and reduced time to market
