BIETC is currently looking for Experienced Software Engineer- C++ to join their team in Bengaluru KA. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and BR&T business organization. 

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Technical Lead to understand the requirements and develop software solutions.
This role will be based out of Bangalore, India. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Good programming knowledge with C/C++, C#,CLI, knowledge on .NET
• Ability to do literature reviews to gather and analyze relevant information.
• Ability to build, integrate and troubleshoot software components.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to change.
• Modify, improve or implement new functionality and be tasked with keeping activities on track for timely delivery.
• Working experience with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations.
• Experience with cross-platform software design and development.
• Experience writing and developing software requirements with little or to no existing requirements
• Development of documentation.
• The engineer should have excellent communication skills to work across Boeing Global Engineering teams
• The Engineer should have desire to work in all aspects of the product life cycle development process.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Must have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Messaging Queues, DevOps, Continuous Integration and cloud technologies.
• Expertise in C++, C# and awareness in Python.
• Expertise in Data structures and Design Patterns.
• Basic Knowledge on tools such as Coverity, GIT, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of Agile development practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Must have experience working with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations.
• Communication – strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.
• Candidate must have strong attention to detail.
• Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution
• Mentors junior team members on technical aspects. The selected individual will also be responsible to provide support to development of internal competency and resources for critical skill sets.

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically, 7 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
