The Role
We're hiring for a Product Operations Intern to join our PMO/Agile team! The internship is a 10-week program beginning June 3rd, 2023 and runs until August 16th, 2023 (with 1 week off during the week of July 4th).

Our Engineering team works on challenging product-focused problems and handles over 8 billion clicks per month for people and businesses all over the world. As an intern, you’ll have all the support you need to make a big impact on our growing business. From day one you will have mentorship from senior members of the project management office, and will get to meet people from each part of the business and gain practical, real-world experience.

Engineering internships at Bitly are paid, hands-on experiences where you will be doing real work that has a meaningful impact on our customers and our business.

What You'll Do

  • Support strengthening our product feedback loops by engaging with our software development lifecycle and building bridges between Product Managers (PMs) and their stakeholders 
  • Provide actionable data insights for the product team, supporting them in their decision making
  • Get hands-on experience championing agile delivery best practices
  • Learn our software development lifecycle and identify opportunities for clarity and refinement with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support enablement of Product Manager efficiencies
  • Facilitation of scrum ceremonies where needed to support the product teams

Interview Process

  • The Final step in the process will be an opportunity to meet with the broader team on a video call

This position is salaried and classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which means the you are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek.

The annual cash compensation range for this position is below.  Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed.

Pay Range
$30$30 USD
