Join us as a Senior Manager in our AI team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of fintech. Reporting directly to VP of AI, you will lead a talented team with large growth opportunities, driving the development and deployment of AI models that are integral to a wide array of products and services. Our models underpin everything from document understanding and intelligent virtual assistants to business graphs, supporting the operational needs of small and mid-sized businesses that form the backbone of the U.S. economy. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating simpler, more efficient financial solutions, impacting about 1% of the U.S. GDP and saving our customers invaluable time and effort. With an exciting research roadmap ahead, focusing on the latest advancements in LLM and multimodal models, your work will not only push the boundaries of AI but also drive significant, tangible improvements in end-to-end accuracy and system latency. We’d love to chat if you have:
- Proven Leadership: Experience managing and inspiring a team of AI professionals, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI/ML, ideally experience with multimodal models, document understanding, and graph analysis. Proficiency in deploying models that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Insights into customer journeys and the influence of technical investments on them, with the capacity to influence product direction for immediate needs and long-term value. Ability to align technical initiatives with business goals
- Business Acumen: Capable of making informed decisions that enable innovation and business value
Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
