WHO WE’RE SNIFFING FOR

The Senior Manager of 3PL Programs at BARK is responsible for driving the logistics network strategy, and aligning  the team’s resources and roadmap with BARK’s Direct to Consumer and Commerce goals and objectives . They will identify opportunities for network optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiencies - which will require collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams to implement strategic solutions seamlessly into our network. 

The role will require thorough analysis of business requirements, cost-benefits, and market capabilities to deliver robust, scalable solutions for BARK. They will need to build business proposals, gain buy-in from executive team members, and be accountable for the successful end-to-end execution of implementation plans. 

KEY DUTIES

• Develop and refine the overall 3PL network strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives, and gaining executive buy-in for investments where required.
• Identify opportunities for network optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiencies. 
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of 3PL programs, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide effective project management leadership, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of 3PL programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have 7+ years of experience in fulfillment/distribution operations, manufacturing, transportation operations, process engineering, or continuous improvement. 
• Proven experience in 3PL program management, with a focus on network strategy, solution design, and implementation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a cross-functional and matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

This position is a full-time salaried position and the preferred candidate is located near New York City, NY, Las Vegas, NV, Columbus, OH or Cincinnati, OH. We offer health insurance for both you and your pup, 401k, wonderful team and a dog to pet anytime you wish! 

PAY TRANSPARENCY 

• The base salary range for this position is $130k-$186K
• This position is eligible for equity 

**This compensation range is based on BARKs good faith estimate as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. Actual pay for this position will depend on a variety of variables including location, travel, internal equity, experience, education, skills and expertise.
