RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver complex software requirements to accomplish business goals.

• Develop software to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

• Integrate solutions into the overall application /system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.

• Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements and the delivery /release (CI-CD) events.

• Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story /requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

• Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement /story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

• Utilize multiple architectural components in design and development of client requirements.

• Analyze test reports, identify any test issues /errors, and triage the underlying cause.

• Design and develop solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Java, Spring Boot and rest specifications.

• Utilize full stack engineering using Python /Java, Linux, coding and debugging.

• Develop production ready software using web, cloud and distributed technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment.

• Design and develop software using Elastic Search, Python, ELK tools, OCR tools and deep learning modelling.

• Design new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka.

• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related; and

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

• Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Designing and developing solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Java, Spring Boot and rest specifications;

• Utilizing full stack engineering using Python/Java, Linux, coding and debugging;

• Developing production ready software using web, cloud and distributed technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment;

• Designing and developing software using Elastic Search, Python, ELK tools, OCR tools and deep learning modelling; and,

• Designing new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka.
